May 6, 2022
Hello Northley Families,

Northley students were focused and determined during this PSSA window. They have completed this year’s examinations. There is still more work to do. We have reached the midpoint of the 4th Marking Period. The lessons and information they receive during this time period will help prepare them for next year’s courses.
Last night, we had spectacular performances by our band and choruses. Penn-Delco is fortunate to have such a successful and talented music program. It has been a pleasure to watch these musicians year-to-year. We are happy that they were able to perform in front of a large audience of family and friends. We are all looking forward to the Suessical musical next week.
Parents of 5th grade students are invited to our "We Are Your Middle School" presentation on May 25th. Join us in the auditorium as we provide information and answer questions about the middle school. The event will be hosted by the administrative team, including our new principal, Mr. Buterbaugh.
Plenty of days left for learning, discovery, challenges and fun at the Best Middle School in all of Delco.

Attention 6th Grade Parents
Current 6th graders entering 7th grade in September 2022 will need proof of two vaccinations prior to the first day of school. To avoid exclusion on day one, parents should provide documentation for the Tdap (1 dose of tetanus, diptheria & acellular pertussis) and the MCV (meningococcal conjugate) vaccines.
Immunization records can be forwarded to school nurse, Betsy King, betsyking@pdsd.org.

We are #penndelco proud of the Northley students John Tittermary, Kristina Simone, Lila Gatchell, Peyton Hearn, Colin Bigelow, and Sydney Dauphin who helped prepare the appreciation gift from the District for our Penn-Delco staff. Lavender plants representing tranquility, calm, serenity, and grace were distributed in appreciation for their commitment to our students and families. Watch our student representatives from all six schools work together to show our gratitude.
