Tree of Life Order Forms are available at the Welcome Center. Now that the Tree of Life is in place on the wall outside the church offices, new leaves can be ordered and displayed.
Maybe there is someone in your life you would like to celebrate. If so, fill out an order form and place it in the designated folder located on the bulletin board outside the Calvary church office. Checks should be made out to Calvary.
