Only household generated products from Wayne County residents will be accepted. Items that will not be accepted include: commercial waste, industrial waste, radioactive material, explosives, ammunition, 55 gallon drums, household trash, refrigerators, microwaves or other appliances, tires, yard waste, roofing shingles, & concrete. For information on how to dispose of these items, please contact the Wayne County Resource Recovery Coordinator at 734-326-3936.

Presidential Primary Election - March 10, 2020

Precinct Information:
Polls are open the day of the election from 7am to 8pm. You must be a registered voter. Not sure where to vote? Check out our precinct map to find your polling location!


Ballot Information:
When requesting a ballot for the March 10th Presidential Primary election, you must choose one of the following ballot types:
  • Democrat (plus proposals)
  • Republican (plus proposals)
  • Proposals only

Absentee Voting Information:
All Michigan residents may vote by absentee ballot in Northville Township. If you choose to vote by absentee ballot, it must be returned to the Clerk's Office by 8pm the day of the election.

Hosted by the Northville Chamber of Commerce

Join community members and guests at this annual update on community happenings. There will be presentations by Mary Kay Gallagher (Northville Public Schools Superintendent) Robert Nix II (Supervisor of Northville Township) and Brian Turnbull (Mayor of the City of Northville).

Tickets are $40 Chamber Members & $45 Non-Members, payable in advance to the Chamber of Commerce. Registration deadline is April 6, 2020. Tickets and more information at northville.org .

YARD WASTE PICK-UP RESUMES
Week of March 16

Yard waste includes: Garden waste, leaves, lawn cuttings, shrubs & tree trimmings/pruning waste. Please place your yard waste out in 32-35 gallon plastic and metal containers marked "Yard Waste." Biodegradable (kraft bag) yard waste paper bags can also be set out for collection during the compost season.
