Sunday Worship, April 10th
Full to the Brim - Even the Stones Cry Out
.....Jesus enters Jerusalem to crowds shouting "Hosanna! Save us!" Religious leaders tell Jesus to quiet the crowd but Jesus says that if they were quiet even the stones would cry out. There was a lot they needed saving from. What about us? What do we need to be saved from? What would the stones cry out today?
Watch Sunday's Service Online, Live at 9am EDT
.....Join us in live, online worship this Sunday at 9:00 am. You can find the service on Facebook Live or our YouTube channel. The service will be saved at both locations through the week.

Join us for In-Person Worship at 10am
.....In-person Sunday worship and Kids Church is open! While many places in our community do not require a mask, we are still encouraging the use of face masks on Sundays and our leadership will also be masked. Email Jennifer Stinson if you would like to join our volunteer team and help us provide a safe and warm welcome to all who gather. Pro Tip: Arrive before 9:50am to be treated to a warm beverage and cookie that you can take to your seat!
In-Person Worship Update
Please Wear A Mask

.....With the exponential increase in COVID cases in the province we have decided that everyone entering Norval United Church is required to wear a mask. This simple act will help keep everyone safe, especially those who are immunocompromised and those who are vulnerable to this virus.
Thank you for showing your care for others by wearing a mask.
"Let each of you look not to your own interests,
but to the interests of others."

GFORCe 3 - Sponsoring families from Afghanistan
Can you help?
.....After successfully sponsoring the Hajjar family from Syria we are pleased to be part of GFORCe3. (Georgetown Friends Of Refugees 3)
.....2 families, totalling 9 people have been identified and are presently hiding in Pakistan. They have been accepted into the Canadian government's Operation Afghan Safety program which should expedite their immigration.
.....It is money that is needed now. The team needs to raise $67,000 to be able to submit the application. We suggest you give via e-transfer or a cheque directly to Norval United since these donations are processed without fees. We'll forward donations to GFORCe3. Click here to be reminded of the e-transfer process.
Help us make a different in these lives. Elizabeth Ivany is Norval's contact on GFORCe3.
