Join us in person or via livestream at 10:00am for our Tenebrae service.

The word “Tenebrae” means darkness in Latin, and this service of deepening darkness mirrors the darkness that came over the world at the crucifixion.

Rev. Ruth leads this service of reflection. As the service unfolds, candles will be extinguished as we remember the final hours of Jesus’ life and the reality of his death.

Christ is Risen Hallelujah!

Rev. Ruth leads this morning! We have journeyed through the difficult days of the arrest and crucifixion of Jesus, the disciples have gone into hiding, in fear of what will happen with the Romans and the Chief Priests. The women make the difficult decision to journey to the tomb, to prepare Jesus’ body, something they were not able to do on Friday. it is the final act of love for his family and followers.

Christ is alive in the world!

You can find the online service on Facebook Live or on our YouTube channel.

The service will be saved at both locations for viewing through the week.
