Reset, Radiate and Thrive
Do we get to push a reset button anytime soon, is this Groundhog’s Day?!
Can we change the outcome to one of our liking? *silently wishing that was the case*
Maybe you thought you woke up in an alternate dimension right about now (or wish you could).
I was surprised to see those images on TV last night. It pulled at my heart. Deep down, our Spiritual teachings say that during chaos, we must pull together to move forward and not backwards. Immediately things became so polarized as people made assumptions about who is really doing what and growing angrier and angrier. I am thinking, “Did we not learn anything in 2020?”
Aren’t we called to work for the common good and find real solutions? To strive together as one? To pursue love and righteousness in all situations?
Philippians 1:27 - Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the Christ. Then, whether I come and see you or only hear about you in my absence, I will know that you stand firm in the one Spirit, striving together as one for the faith of the gospel.
Though not the news we hoped for to begin 2021, still, it is our time to Thrive. We are called to the mission in this verse. Hope you will join me in prayer for this each and every day. Thriving is not just a word but a way of being. It forces each of us to look in the mirror and ask, Are all the emotions I am feeling, from out there or in here? What can I take charge of to Thrive despite outer appearances?
True, the world we live in today is certainly not as simple as it was not that many years ago. Of course at that time, we didn’t realize things were simpler did we?
The more we progress with technology, the more we get exposed to outer appearances at a rapid clip from every possible angle.
2020 was one of the most eye-opening years of our lives and now we are all riding the collective wave of hopefulness, anger, frustration and that eerie feeling of uncertainty.
So what are we to do?
Thankfully, having learned from the massive waves of change and challenges we just bore witness to in 2020, I know a simple solution can work best.
On New Year’s Day, as I watched a large bonfire roar in its magnificence, an idea struck me like a lightning bolt to the heart, one of radiating love, that answered the following questions.
What if your ability to coast through treacherous situations suddenly became easier? What if your outlook changed when faced with uncertainty? What if you felt more confident while weathering the highs and lows of your personal life as well as the world around you? Would you take action?
The answer… *Yes* And how we can take action is what I have in store.
Hint: Were you aware that the heart is 5000 times more magnetically powerful than the brain and that we have a field of energy that radiates from our heart in the shape of a toroid roughly 6 feet in every direction?
This Sunday I will share how by taking something ordinary, we can turn it into extraordinary that benefits not only our personal lives, but equally the lives of those around us.
Get ready for a dose of science, alchemy and metaphysical wisdom which stands the test of time.
Onward and Upward,
