scissors box top

Make sure to save those box tops for the winter collection date. Box tops will be collected again on Friday, March 8th
Check your cereal boxes, ziplock bag boxes, butter packaging, fruit snacks, etc. for the Box Top logo. We'll take them any way that you can send them in, but if you or your children have time to trim around the box tops, that saves our box top crew some time.  If you have any questions, please email the PTO at
We had an incredible last week at Copper Creek!  Our Valentine's dance was a huge success and it was incredible to see so many of our families together enjoying a night out with their kids.  Then on Tuesday we celebrated our STEAM Extravaganza and our families had a chance to see some of the great things our kids get to do at school.  Thank you to all of the families that helped support our major events this month.  We couldn't do it without you!
This week returning student paperwork is going home with your students for you to fill out over Rodeo.  The class with the most paperwork returned gets to have a picnic with the principal when the weather gets better and the day will be announced.
Also this week Officer Keena is working with our fifth graders bringing education about the dangers of Alcohol.  She is inviting parents of 5th  graders who are interested in the message to come to their child's session.  Please call the office for details.

Dear Parents,
We are proud to partner with the American Heart Association through the Kids Heart Challenge program!  Our school is thrilled to teach students how to live a HAPPY and HEALTHY lifestyle while helping those with "special" hearts by raising life-saving donations to fight the #1 and #5 causes of death in America, heart disease and stroke!
Our goal is to have 100% of our students join our online team and take the CHALLENGE for Happy and Healthy Hearts!
Join Our School's Team by clicking here
Download the App by searching "Kids Heart Challenge" in the app store! And search for our school!
Take the Challenge!    Once you join our team, your student will pledge:
  • to exercise for 60 minutes a day
  • choose water over sugary beverages
  • to do a good deed daily
Just for signing up online and for taking the pledge, your student will earn the FREE GLOW IN THE DARK WRISTBAND!!!
Thanks for supporting our school event. Because of you and the American Heart Association we can educate our students and help kids like Finn!  CLICK HERE  to meet Finn (2 min video)

We are currently accepting donations for our Silent Auction. We DO NOT want you to purchase something to donate, however, if you own a business or know someone who does, please ask them to donate to your child's Silent Auction.

It's very easy to ask for a gift card or basket from places we regularly go.
We are also in need of bigger items too, including: Vacation Home rentals, Hotel packages, Birthday Party packages, Sporting Event Tickets, Memorabilia, etc.

For those of you who have a talent to share, you could donate your time, for example: music lessons, sewing lessons, swimming lessons, art classes, landscaping.

If you know of anyone who would be willing to donate any of these items please let them know about our auction.

Auction Procurement letters and   Donor forms can be found in using these links, in the school office, or on the PTO website,
or you can email Valerie Crawford at

All donations are due by March 22nd to be listed in the Auction Catalog, however donations will be accepted until March 27th
