Dear Mason School of Music Family,

We have a thrilling line up of concerts to share, including Mason Wind Symphony and Symphonic Band this Thursday night (April 25) with works by Mozart, Camphouse, and more! Mason Opera presents Gian Carlo Menotti's The Medium and Giacomo Puccini's Suor Angelica in Harris Theater this weekend (April 26, 27, 28).  Our Jazz Area presents Mason Jazz Vocal Night on Monday, April 29 and International Jazz Day on Tuesday, April 30.

We are also eagerly anticipating A Musical Feast gala celebration on Saturday, May 4th. This is the final week to purchase tickets for the full evening's gala festivities (5:30 - 9:30 pm), including the Student Performance Showcases, Music Technology Demo, poster sessions, sumptuous food, and wine. It is also possible to purchase the 8 pm Musical Feast concert ticket separately ($30 adults, $15 seniors and youth) for a fast-paced and engaging 90 minute performance featuring a musical sampling of Mason's stellar ensembles, including Wind Symphony, Green Machine, Opera, University Choirs, Symphony Orchestra, Drumline, and antiphonal brass! We hope to see you at our Musical Feast Gala Celebration on May 4th, a benefit for music scholarships for our amazing students!
