Dear Brothers,

Vocation Awareness Week

Remember that National Vocation Awareness Week is scheduled for November 7-13. This is a good time for communities to ask if you have prepared your Community Vocation Plan. Do you pray for vocations regularly? Does your community remember to pray for those in the Marianist formation process? Do you know the brother in your area who is assisting the Vocation Office?  Please remember to drop a word of support, encouragement and invitation to Bro. Mark Motz, National Vocation Director.
All Souls Day

As you remember our brothers, family and friends in prayer this All Souls Day, please also join us on Facebook by posting the names and pictures of your loved ones on our Virtual Remembrance Page. You can do that by going to Facebook and finding the recent post about All Souls Day. Below the post, you will find the link to the virtual page as well as a video tutorial on how to upload names or photos. If this seems overwhelming, please feel free to post names or photos in the comments on Facebook or email them to Conor McEntee, and he will post them for you.
Civilize It!

We continue to see the issues of division in our country. Just a reminder to read the information on the program by the USCCB, A Better Kind of Politics | Civilize It.  I encourage individuals to sign the pledge sponsored by the USCCB. To read and sign the pledge, click here for English and here for Spanish.

From Bro. Jesse O'Neill
Dear Brothers,

Marianist Administrators' Conference

The 2021 Marianist Administrators Conference (MAC) was held this past weekend and included several workshops geared toward administrators and board chairs of Marianist-sponsored ministries. We were blessed to have the presidents of our three Marianist-sponsored universities who engaged in a dialogue as to how to strengthen the bridge between our Marianist-sponsored high schools, retreat centers and universities. A commissioning was held on Saturday during mass for the new leadership of our institutions. Our time together provided the opportunity to once again deepen the network of support among our retreat center and school leaders. Click here for a full list of the new leaders.
Bro. Jesse O'Neill commissions Chaminade West Hills Principal Luis Guerra with a Marianist medallion.
Deacon Dan Donnelly commissions Chaminade St. Louis Middle School Principal Jack Twellman with a Marianist medallion.
