With the continued travel restrictions by states and concern associated with COVID-19, it has generated a need for the ITRC Governance Document to be amended to allow for flexible voting procedures. ITRC issued a voting poll to its 2020 Membership to gain approval for these proposed changes.
Out of the 313 ITRC members who responded to our online vote, 312 voted in favor of the Section 3.3 change, adding electronic voting, and 301 voted in favor of the Section 11. change, more accurately defining membership majority.
With the passage of both these proposed amendments, the ITRC Governance Document has been edited to reflect these changes; you can view our amended ITRC Governance Document here.
