The Village of Tarrytown Water System is experiencing a large water main break along South Broadway down by Walter Street. Water customers who will be most heavily affected include South Broadway south of Route 119, Sheldon Avenue, Walter Street and Glenwolde. The water main break will also affect traffic in the area of South Broadway just south of the Exit/Entrance to I-87/I-287.

Water Department crews are in and working on the problem, to implement a repair as soon as possible. Residents in higher elevations in the Village may experience low to no water pressure. If you do experience low or no water pressure, please report it to us at Administrator@tarrytownny.gov. Water customers may also experience brown water conditions. Everyone is asked to conserve water until the water main break is repaired. A Reverse 911 call will be going out shortly.
