Hello TennisPlex families,
We are pleased to announce that we will be moving to a new service for managing our program registrations, summer camps, and court reservations, etc. The service is hosted by RacquetDesk and will be available March 20, 2020 (schedule subject to change). We will also be up-dating our website.
1) Your account profile (except for your login) will be carried over to RacquetDesk automatically - Name, address, email, phone number, account balance - if you've done business with us within the last four years.
2) Watch for an email inviting you to reset your User ID and Password for logging in to the new registration system. Note, creating your new credentials is not urgent, but will be required before you register yourself or a family member for a program.
3) If you need receipts for tax purposes, or want a record of your past transactions for any reason, please log in to our current registration portal now, before March 19th, to print that information. Detailed transaction history will not be transferred from our current system to the new system. (We will, however, be able to give you summary information on past transactions as necessary). 4) Stored credit cards will not be transferred to RacquetDesk. Our staff will assist you with setting this up on RacquetDesk, or you may login and configure this information yourself, after March 20.
5) Online registrations may be temporarily unavailable for 24-48 hours immediately before this system transition (planned for March 16,17 & 19). Please call our office with any registration needs during this time.
