Deadlines for the AHFA 2022 Competitive Application Cycle are approaching. Application details and materials are available on the AHFA website:

Please note the following information:

1. Deviation Requests may be submitted to AHFA prior to, but no later than the application deadline of August 23, 2022, to avoid a fee.
2. Application Logs are due to AHFA via email by 5 pm CDT, Friday, August 19, 2022.
3. 2022 Applications are due to AHFA by 5 pm CDT, Tuesday, August 23, 2022, regardless of the delivery method.
4. A drawing will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, to determine the order of awards in the event of a tie. An impartial person will be selected to draw from all applicants. The results will be posted on AHFA's website after the drawing.

If hand delivery is necessary, please call 334-244-9200 upon arrival at the AHFA parking area and let the receptionist know you are onsite to deliver a multifamily application. A member of the multifamily staff will meet you at the outer door of the building to receive the application package. Please do not attempt to enter the building. AHFA will deliver application receipts to applicants via email.
