Public Hearing Regarding

DRAFT AHFA 2024 Low-Income Housing Credit Qualified Allocation Plan, HOME Annual Action Plan, and

National Housing Trust Fund Allocation Plan

Notice is hereby given that Alabama Housing Finance Authority (AHFA) will conduct a public hearing concerning the proposed 2024 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan, HOME Action Plan, and National Housing Trust Fund Allocation Plan (Plans) for the distribution of funds in exchange for the new construction of extremely low-, low-, and moderate-income projects and the monitoring of the funding for those projects. Additionally, AHFA will present a Significant Amendment to the 2023 National Housing Trust Fund Plan for the new construction of extremely low-income rental housing.

The public hearing will be held on Friday, June 30, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., Central Daylight Time, at the HOME Builders Association of Alabama located at 7515 Halcyon Summit Drive, Montgomery, Alabama, 36117. Attendees who wish to speak must register to do so upon arrival at the venue.

The Draft 2024 Plans, the associated Comment Form, and the Significant Amendment to the 2023 HTF Plan are available at AHFA.com.
