FIRST- TIME APPLICANTS
Must submit the following materials:
Environmental Studies for HTF projects will be engaged by AHFA. HUD suggested formats for determining compliance with Environmental Provisions are available at www.AHFA.com.
PREVIOUSLY FUNDED APPLICANTS
Must submit the following materials:
- HTF Submission Forms (Approved Projects)
- HTF Application Index Pages (Approved Projects)
- Deviation Request Form (if applicable)
- AHFA DMS Authority HTF Application Online
NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME/HC, HC OR MULTIFAMILY REVENUE BOND AWARDEES MAY APPLY AS PREVIOUSLY FUNDED APPLICANTS
New construction projects not yet placed- in- service may also submit an application for HTF as a previously funded applicant. The applicants must have committed to provide 7% of the total proposed units for tenants with disabilities or homeless populations and be in compliance with the HTF program requirements, inclusive of the 30% AMI restriction and the 30-year affordability period.
