1. Questions are due to ahfa.mf.application@AHFA.COM by 5:00 pm CDT, Friday, April 12, 2024.
2. 2024 HOME- ARP Applications must be delivered to and accepted by AHFA staff at the offices of AHFA by 5:00 pm CDT, Thursday, April 25, 2024, regardless of the delivery method.

An application may be submitted via overnight delivery or hand delivery to the following address:

Please note that the AHFA offices are secured and not open to the public. If hand delivered, you must call 334-244-9200 upon arrival at the AHFA parking area and let the receptionist know you are onsite to deliver a multifamily application. A member of the multifamily staff will meet you in the lobby of the building to receive the application package. Application receipts will be delivered to applicants via email.

All AHFA competitive application fees are non-refundable; applicants submit applications at their own risk. It is strongly recommended that a cashier's check or certified funds accompany your application submittal to forego any banking concerns.
