To date, CoCs and other service providers have established partnerships with developers via MOUs and will continue to make referrals and provide supportive services through local collaborations for persons housed in affordable permanent housing. The successful utilization of these units requires a continued joint effort among developers, CoCs, member agencies, and other providers. The list of active and approved Projects with set aside units has been published at www.ahfa.com.

Utilize Apartment Finder on the AHFA website to see what apartment complexes and developers may be local to tenants in need of these units.

Familiarize yourself with the list of active and approved Projects with set aside units for the supportive housing initiative on the AHFA website.

Please note that this list is continuously open to entities who may be interested in partnering with AHFA Projects.
