The Alabama Housing Finance Authority Board of Directors approved a total of thirteen (13) applications from the 2024 Competitive Application Cycle for funding during the June 4, 2024 meeting. The approved Projects are located in thirteen (13) counties and include the following:

• 5 Elderly Communities
• 8 Family Communities
• 7 New Construction Projects
• 6 Acquisition/Rehabilitation Projects
• 5 Utilizing Housing Credits and HOME Funds
• 8 Utilizing Housing Credits
• 597 Total Units
• Which Includes 49 Units Set Aside for Disabled and/or Homeless Tenants
