The Draft version of the AHFA Workforce Application forms package is available for immediate review and comment. Please review the draft forms and related instructions and reply to ahfa.mf.application@ahfa.com with any questions or clarifications by 5 p.m. CDT, Friday, October 10, 2025. 

The Draft Application forms package is being provided to facilitate the timely submission by applicants with interest in providing affordable housing consistent with the Workforce Housing Tax Credit Act (ACT). We anticipate finalizing the Application package by October 24, 2025.

Consistent with the timing deadlines required by the ACT combined with the need to evidence the timely start and completion of a project(s) as quickly as possible, AHFA is providing the opportunity for those applicants who have projects that satisfy these readiness requirements to begin the process to formally apply tentatively on January 6, 2026. After January, AHFA will provide additional announcements regarding additional/future cycles.
