With new COVID-19 travel restrictions being implemented on daily basis by individual countries, the airlines have to immediately react to these new guidelines.
In order to follow these new guidelines, many airlines end up having to make last minute schedule changes and amendments to their RTPCR testing requirements.
With the amount of schedule changes being made by various carriers, Sky Bird Travel is not in a position to directly inform its clients of any schedule changes within 24 hours of departure.
To assure that your customer’s travel proceeds in a smooth fashion, we recommend that you advise them to reconfirm and/or check the airline departures schedule within 24 hours of their departure for any last minute schedule changes.
Sky Bird Travel will not be responsible for any schedule changes made by the airlines within 48 hours of departure. Additionally, airlines will not help in waiving cancellation and
no-show penalty if the passengers do not have the proper travel documents, including RTPCR test certificates as per the airline guideline
