American Pharmacies is governed by a seven-member board of your peers who are required to be stockholders and independent pharmacy owners just like you. Board members serve staggered three-year terms.
One position on the Board of Directors is up for election -- the seat held by director Lynn Everett of Waco, TX. The current term of this Board seat ended on June 30, 2022, and Everett has stated a desire to continue serving on the Board for another term. In accordance with the provisions of the APRx Bylaws, nominations are being accepted for this position until 5 p.m. on Friday, July 29, 2022.
APRx shareholders may nominate themselves or any other eligible APRx members as candidates for the Board of Directors. If you are nominating someone other than yourself, you must provide your name and contact information.
All nominations must be submitted on theCandidate Nomination Formand must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Friday, July 29, 2022.In accordance with the APRx Bylaws, if no nominations are submitted by the July 29 deadline, no election will be held and Everett will be considered re-elected by acclamation.
NOTE: American Pharmacies will verify the eligibility of all nominees before they may seek election to the APRx Board of Directors.
