Dear ORHMA Members & Industry Colleagues,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the members of the Ontario Restaurant Hotel & Motel Association (ORHMA) will be held virtually on Tuesday June 21, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. for the following purpose:
- to receive and consider the annual report of the association, including the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2021 and the report of the auditors;
- to confirm bylaw amendments;
- to elect the Board of Directors;
- to transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting, or any adjournment thereof.

Please join us and participate virtually in this annual session while we discuss relevant issues to the hospitality industry and collectively vote in a new slate of Board of Directors for the 2022/2023 term. Please confirm your attendance by completing the RSVP & Proxy Form.
Your vote matters. If you are unable to attend, please complete the proxy form to select a member to vote on your behalf.
