Notice to Members of Annual General Meeting (AGM)

(as part of the Spring Seminar happening from 9am to 3pm)

AGM Agenda:


1. To approve the Minutes of the FOCA Annual General Meeting held on March 1, 2025.


2. To receive the Financial Statements of FOCA, which are comprised of the Statements of Financial Position, Operations and Net Assets, and Cash Flows, all for the year ended September 30, 2025.


3. To appoint Clarkson Rouble LLP as FOCA's auditor for the 2025-2026 fiscal year.


4. To approve a resolution regarding road salt in Ontario and FOCA's role.


5. Recognition of Directors retiring from the board:

Deborah Martin-Downs - Muskoka Lakes Association (completed 2 Terms)


6. To elect the slate of Directors recommended by the FOCA Governance Committee - Governance Nominations Report:

Harry Kim - Loon Lake Property Owners Association (Second Term)

Richard Peters - Sunny Lake Cottage Association (Second Term)

Michael Peterson - Big Rideau Lake Association (Second Term)


7. Any other matters that may properly come before the said meeting.
