Notice of January 27 Council Meeting

The Delta Stewardship Council will meet virtually on January 27 at 9:00 AM. Council staff will present the 2021 Annual Report, Delta Watermaster Michael George will present his regular report, and the California Department of Water Resources and Delta Conveyance Design and Construction Authority will present on the Delta Conveyance Project.

The Council develops annual reports to showcase the progress made that year toward California's coequal goals for the Delta: achieving a reliable water supply and a resilient ecosystem while protecting and enhancing the unique values of the region as a place where people live, work, and recreate.
The Delta Plan.
The Delta Plan creates a common vision for taking on current and predicted challenges and includes regulations, non-regulatory recommendations, and performance measures to further water supply reliability, ecosystem resiliency, and the unique values of the Delta as a place.  
The Council’s monthly meetings are the definitive place for the public to learn about and comment on the implementation of the Delta Plan. This month's meeting proceedings will be conducted entirely remotely. Members of the public may observe the meeting via Cal-Span.org and Zoom.
