This notice is to advise you of the relocation of the following DSS-HRA program offices: IDNYC Enrollment Center, HRA Benefit Access Center, and Home Care Services Program, currently located at 88 3rd Avenue (275 Bergen Street) in Brooklyn.
Program operations will cease and transfer to the new DSS-HRA facility located at 2400 Fulton Street in Brooklyn on the following schedule:
