Notice of Vote to Move to Southeast Region

Florida Chapter Member,

The SIOR Florida Board of Directors is recommending that we change regions. We are currently part of the South Region - Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, NW Florida and Florida. We would like to join the Southeast Region - Georgia, the Carolinas, Middle & East Tennessee and Memphis. The map below illustrates the regions as they are currently.

It is our opinion as a Board that the Southeast Region is more aligned with our Chapter’s clients, goals and aspirations and would be a formalization of our Chapter’s substantial involvement with the Southeast Region.

This email is to provide official notice of our intent to vote on the realignment. We are providing members four ways to vote: in-person at the Spring Conference this week, via phone on March 28, by mail or by proxy as outlined below.
