Work will commence on Town-owned land to install underground municipal services to support future residential development. Work will take place on Blind Bogey Drive, Eaglecrest Drive, Fairways Drive and Royal Dornoch Drive as shown on the map.

Dates: October 20 to November 30, 2026

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm

Traffic Impact: Roads will remain open during construction. Where required, traffic control personnel will manage single-lane alternating traffic. Delays of up to 20 minutes may occur.

What to Expect:
- Some driveways may experience short interruptions. A minimum of 24-hour notice will be provided, with a reminder approximately one hour before the interruption.
- If a water shutdown is required, affected residents will receive at least 48-hour notice.
- Mail delivery, garbage collection, deliveries, and emergency access will be maintained.
- Some paved paths near Blind Bogey Drive will be temporarily closed and rebuilt as gravel paths. Pedestrians will be directed around the work area.
- Temporary trench patches may remain until final paving is completed.
- Residents can expect some noise, dust, and equipment activity during construction. Streets will be swept regularly.
