Beginning January 1, 2025, we are changing the submission process for UnitedHealthcare Oxford ASO radiology claims.
For dates of service January 1, 2025, and thereafter, all radiology medical claims for UnitedHealthcare Oxford ASO members should be submitted to the following new address:

The attached sample Member ID card may be used as a reference to identify the UnitedHealthcare Oxford ASO Self-Funded plan impacted by this change. In the lower-left corner of the member ID card, “Self-funded” identifies the plan as Administration Services Only (ASO). The new address for claim submissions applies only to members in this plan.
