Thank you for opting to receive notication and materials for the 31st Annual Meeting of the Glenmore Community Association, Inc. electronically. Your request will result in a significant savings to the Association.


In accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the By-Laws of the Association, the 31st Annual Meeting of Glenmore Community Association (GCA)of the Members (“Owners”) of the Glenmore Community Association, Inc., a Virginia non-stock corporation (the “Association”) will be convened on:

Note: If health or weather conditions warrant, the Annual Meeting may be

held virtually only. Owners will be notified via email if the meeting will be held

virtually only, no later than 2:00 pm, Thursday, February 23.

Also review the Candidate Statements of your three neighbors who are standing for election to fill the three (3) open positions on the Board of Directors at: Candidates for GCA Board of Directors, 2023-2024.


In addition, the GCA Board of Directors recommends approval a resolution to amend the GCA Articles of Incorporation. Amendments to the Articles must be approved by the Voting Membership. Review the proposed amendment here: Resolution to Amend Article III & Article IV of the GCA Articles of Incorporation.


The only matters to be addressed at the Annual Meeting are:

  1. Approval the minutes of the 2022 Association Annual Meeting,
  2. Review of the Association operations in 2022,
  3. Election of three (3) Directors to the Association Board,
  4. Approval of a Resolution to amend the Association Articles of Incorporation, Articles III and IV.
  5. Respond to any questions or issues submitted or posed by Members of the Association.

On behalf of the GCA Board of Directors, I urge you to:


  • Attend the Annual Meeting in person or virtually, depending on health or weather conditions. To access the meeting virtually via

  • Ensure a quorum by voting on-line or by proxy/ballot. Casting your ballot early will help in calculating the percent of Owners voting needed to establish a quorum prior to the start of the Annual Meeting.


To use Balloteer, you will need your Glenmore/Associa account number,a 7-digit number that be found on the assessment coupons you recently received from Associa or you can log-in to your TownSq.io account and find it there. When prompted enter your 7-digit number - no zeros or dashes - in the Voter ID box.

  • After you submit your ballot a screen appear confirming your vote. Balloteer cannot send a confirming email. If you want a copy of this confirmation please take a screenshot or print the screen for your records.


  • On-line balloting closes at 12:00 noon, Thursday, February 23. All email or paper proxy/ballots must also be received by 12:00 noon on Thursday, February 23, 2023.


  • Submit questions or comments to be addressed at the Owners’ Forum via e-mail to GCA@communitygroup.com, Subject:  Annual Meeting Questions or Comments, on or before Wednesday, February 22 at 5:00 PM.

Whether you attend the 31st Annual Meeting of Glenmore Community Association, in person or virtually, please cast your ballot to ensure a quorum so that the candidates for the Board of Directors can be elected, and the new Board can, in turn, work on your behalf to maintain and enhance Glenmore as a wonderful place to live, play and thrive.
