Nourish your soul. - Picture this: You are in a new chapter of your life. Friends are getting married, having kids, and starting their careers. It seems like everyone else has it together. But what if you don’t know what’s next? What if you feel like you are wandering through life without a map? Enter The Manna Retreat, Montreat’s initiative specifically for young adults. Here, you will find sustenance and nourishment, just like God provided for the Israelites in the desert.

What can I expect? - The Manna Retreat is a place for young people to find deep connection - both with God and each other. Conference activities will allow for individuals, couples, friends, and church groups to all engage equally. We will eat our meals together and spend our free time playing games by the fireplace and hiking around Montreat. There will be late night mixers, lots of laughter, and, of course, meaningful worship.

Who counts as a young adult? - If any of these statements apply to you, then this conference is for you: You’ve downloaded Hinge or Bumble before. You own a piece of Ikea furniture (or five). You’ve wondered why making friends as an adult is not as easy as it is in the movies. Your parents ask you for social media help. You are hungry for deeper faith and deeper connection. In case you’re still not sure, we're designing this for young adults in their "defining decade" - roughly 22 - 32. We’d love to have you!
