Nourish Pierce County

January 2025 Newsletter

Hello Ken,

As we step into 2025, we want to say thank you for your unwavering support this past year. As a whole, Nourish saw a 15% increase in the number of people coming to our food banks in 2024. It is because of your support and the communities around us that we were able to provide vital assistance to those families in need.

We are kicking off the new year with hope and a commitment that we will continue creating more pathways to security for those in need with compassion, dignity, and respect.

Thank you for being a part of our mission. While we wish our services weren't needed, we are grateful for the support you gave that allowed us to feed approximately 7% of the total population of Pierce County in 2024.

Wishing you a joyful and fulfilling year ahead!

Your 2024 Impact

In 2024 Nourish food banks were visited 441,003 times. A 15% increase over 2023.

Nourish provided 4.9 million pounds of food to people in need in Pierce County.

Our guests come to us in their time of greatest need and we support them with compassion, dignity, and respect. Thank you for supporting Nourish in 2024, whether your support was financial, with time and talents as a volunteer, or by simply staying involved and up to date on our latest news, we appreciate you and could not do this work without you!
