It's a known fact that at least 75% of job seekers over 40 will find their next job through a networking encounter. And for many people, networking can be a tough challenge. But, with the right attitude and the right technique, you can significantly shorten your search.

During this meeting, business leader, public speaker, trainer and author, Larry Kaufman , will show you specific ways to improve your job search efforts through his novel approach to N etworking, C onnecting and G iving (the NCG Factor).
  • What the NCG Factor is and how the formula can accelerate your job search.
  • How to improve the process of getting connected to hiring managers.
  • Examples of how more effective introductions will better outcomes.

Here a bit of background about  Larry Kaufman
Larry is the ultimate connector. He is the Regional Managing Director at Experis Finance, part of Manpower Group ($21 billion). Larry is a senior level sales and operations leader along with being a global speaker and trainer on LinkedIn (he was a very early entry). He is also a former retained and contingent recruiter along with being an investor and adviser to several local technology companies. Larry recently published the book that is getting a lot of interest among job seekers: The NCG Factor: A Formula for Building Life-Changing Relationships from College to Retirement . A consummate entrepreneur, Larry is a strong believer that the art of N etworking, C onnecting and G iving can significantly improve your job search journey.
