Betsy A. Hays, APR, Fellow PRSA, is the Chair and lead Public Relations Professor for the Department of Media, Communications and Journalism. She has taught at Fresno State since 1999. Betsy is also the co-author of three books, including “Win & Wow: Public Relations Secrets for Everyday Success.” She is an accredited public relations professional through the Public Relations Society of America and a member of the prestigious PRSA College of Fellows.
