Practicing Gratitude
As we enter the season of Thanksgiving, it’s the perfect moment to reflect on gratitude!
Research shows that regularly expressing gratitude can lower stress, improve mood, strengthen relationships, and even enhance physical health. Gratitude shifts our focus from what’s missing to what’s meaningful.
Ways to cultivate gratitude this month:
- Keep a Gratitude Journal: Write 2-3 things you’re thankful for each day
- Send a note or message of appreciation to someone
- Make a “gratitude ritual”
- Reflect on challenges and lessons, and note what growth they brought
