November - It's our month to celebrate Giving Thanks and to Give Back to our community! We hope you'll take this opportunity to try a new class, workshop, or event, while making a valuable donation to our community food banks.
For every 5 items donated to our Food Drive, you'll receive a free class pass that can be used the next time you attend or 10% any of our services. We donate annually to St. Vincent de Paul (ready-to-eat items), Second Harvest food pantry (shelf-stable groceries), and the Humane Society (pet foods and treats).
This month's special classes and events include Yoga in the Park, Yoga Nidra, Medicine Dance, Twisted Turkey Yoga, and a double dose of Yamuna Body Rolling.
Holiday specials on class passes, memberships, services, and gifts will run through the end of the year - details available in our newsletters, on the bulletin board, and on our website!

Shop at Winn-Dixie on St. Simons and make an extra contribution to the Community Food Drive at the truck outside manned by the yoga instructors from The Clouds Yoga Studio at the The Club.
brainREconnect Fund Drive
November 1 - December 31
As part of the brainREconnect Support Group, Balance offers yoga weekly to members. We underwrite a portion of the cost, and brainREconnect uses grant funds for the remainder. Balance is committed to serving the community we live in, and this program is part of that commitment, but we need your help!
Can you pitch in to help a someone struggling with the after affects of a stroke? All cash donations received will go 100% toward the Balance/brainREconnect yoga program.
Balance Coat Drive
November 27 - December 31
We'll collect gently used coats for women, men, and children during the month of December to be donated to local charities supporting homeless and underprivileged residents in our community. Clean out those closets and help someone in need stay warm this winter.
