Dr. Day’s dog Beau will be visiting the Middle School on Mondays and Wednesdays as part of our new therapy animal program. Beau has been specially trained in obedience and to remain calm in stressful situations. Dr. Day and Beau have been evaluated and registered as a therapy team by the Pet Partners organization.
For those who may have allergies, a fear of animals, or who do not wish to interact with Beau for any reason, the therapy team will only be in designated (non classroom) areas of the Middle School facility. Interactions will be entirely optional.

Our friend Snappy has been a member of the Crossroads community since 1991! Our first class pet has outgrown his aquarium, and is in need of an upgrade. If you would like to help the third grade class purchase a new home for Snappy, we invite you to purchase a hand-made turtle bracelet for $2 or send in your desired donation with your student. Thank you for your support!
