Weekly Prayer Focus:

Thanking God for our Veterans

This week we honor the many veterans in our congregation. Thank you for your service to our country. We respect and honor you for the ways in which you have paved a way for the freedoms and blessings that we enjoy today.

3 Recent Ministry Highlights:

  • We hosted a special extra Mobile Food Pantry last week aimed at those who unexpectedly found themselves in need due to the government shutdown and other challenges. 85 families were served and several were in tears as they drove through to receive food and were greeted by kind volunteers.
  • The Grumpies delivered 7 beds with "Sleep in Heavenly Peace" to children in our community who do not have a bed.
  • Youth Sunday was a blessing to everyone! Our youth were greeters, ushers, worship leaders, speakers, and more. We couldn't be more proud of them!

Angel Tree Christmas Outreach

55 Children still need Sponsors, Shoppers, or Financial Donations for Angel Tree. This annual outreach is a huge help to families in our community who may not have the financial resources to provide Christmas gifts for their children. So many have already responded to the need- thank you! If you have not yet and would like to, there are 3 ways to get involved:

  1. Sponsor a child and shop for them using the wish list we provide ($125 commitment).
  2. Be a shopper (shop for children using the wish list we provide) and be reimbursed using donated funds.
  3. Donate financially to provide funds for shoppers.

To pick up your packet OR sign-up/give:

  • Stop by the table in the Gathering Lobby on Sunday.
  • Stop by the office this week (9am-3:30pm- Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday).
