OUR MISSION:
St. Rita School inspires students in Pre-Kindergarten through grade eight to achieve academic excellence in a safe, nurturing and faith-filled Catholic environment.
We prepare students to be morally responsible, innovative thinkers who, in today’s technology-guided global community, live and share the Love of Christ.
FROM THE DESK OF MRS. TIEZZI
Dear SRS Parents,
Many people have inquired about sibling registration for the upcoming school year. It is now open. Current families will be given priority to register a sibling until January 31, 2019. Registration information can be obtained by contacting Admissions Director, Carissa Civitello at ccivitello.stritaschool@gmail.com

Congratulations to Victoria Pachnik who was recognized by the DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution) with a Good Citizenship Award. Victoria was recognized along with graduating middle school students from other area schools for her dedication to honor, service, courage, leadership and patriotism.

Last week Mrs. Raccio shared with you that she plans to retire from St. Rita School on December 31. The faculty and I are extremely grateful to Carol for the 29 years of dedicated service she has provided to generations of St. Rita students and parents. We will now begin to advertise for two part-time replacement school secretaries to fill Mrs. Raccio’s position. Resumes will be accepted until November 30.  (Job Description)

Thank you to all our parents and students who helped out at last week’s Open House and Book Fair. Both events were part of a new initiative New England Catholic School Week. As parents are our best school ambassadors please keep on sharing with your friends, neighbors and relatives all the great things that are happening here at St. Rita.
Thank you for entrusting your child/ren to our care. Have a great week.

God Bless,
Mrs. Tiezzi
