The Key: Know what you want and purchase when you see a deal that will work for you. Remember, there are likely only a limited number of tickets/rooms/flights available.
Follow your favorite hotel and airline brands in advance on social media where you may find advance notice of what will be offered.
Choice Hotels, for example, will offer 20 percent off their best available rates on Cyber Monday. Sites like
Skyscanner.com will also have a list.

MACHU PICCHU:
Sumaq Machu Picchu, the destination's top-rated, and most family-friendly hotel, is touting savings of 20 per cent on stays between Nov. 23, 2018 and Dec. 31, 2019 using the code SUMAQ2019. The discount is available from Black Friday through Cyber Monday, Nov. 23-26. The offer is subject to availability.
VAIL RESORTS is touting Fun in the Snow deals available 11/21/18 to 11/27/18 starting with rates from $99 at the Silverado Lodge in Park City; $109 at Keystone Resort and $99 at Tahoe resorts. All the Cyber Week deals can be accessed at this link:

NEW YORK CITY:
INNSIDE by Meliá New York is offering 40 percent off when you book on Melia.com between Nov. 21-27; Travel between Dec. 16-Dec. 31 2019 (Dec. 27-31 2018 are blacked out).
MEXICO: The all-inclusive
Karisma Hotels, known for their food and attention to families will be offering a Black Friday deal offering up to 80 percent off at the Riviera Maya resorts. The deal will be good all next year but there are some blackout dates.
