CARB Public Hearing Postponement - Nov. 20
Topic: Proposed Amendments to the On-Road Heavy-Duty Engine and Vehicle Omnibus Regulation and to the Low Carbon Fuel Standard Regulations, and to Permanently Adopt the Emergency Vehicle Emissions Regulations
Please be advised that CARB will not hear the Proposed Amendments to the On-Road Heavy-Duty Engine and Vehicle Omnibus Regulation and to the Low Carbon Fuel Standard Regulations, and to Permanently Adopt the Emergency Vehicle Emissions Regulations at the November 20, 2025, hearing as previously noticed. The hearing on these items has thus been postponed to a future date and time.

- Project readiness is prioritized
- Applications in the same readiness tier will be prioritized based on order of submission
- Applications will be reviewed in two batches with the first review on January 6, 2026
- Per charging port incentive amount: $450,000
- Maximum award per project: $2,500,000
