Faith in Action
Makes Ordinary Extraordinary
“Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” I Corinthians 10:31b
Dear Berkeley Hills families,
In just a short time, we will be celebrating one of my favorite holidays.
Thanksgiving is such a blessed time
filled with family, friends, and of course, good food!
I am so thankful the Lord has allowed me to be a part of your children’s lives
. What a blessing to see their smiling faces each day. I pray your Thanksgiving is filled with the goodness of the Lord!
I will thank you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all the marvelous things you have done. I will be filled with joy because of you. I will sing praises to your name, O Most High. Psalm 9: 1-2
Blessings,
Mrs. Hyland
Berkeley Hills Principal

Tim Hartman Visits Berkeley Hills Chapel
While bullying has become a hot topic for schools all across the country,
storytelling is the universal language
that can address the problem.
Students were delighted as they followed Tim’s latest story,
Folk Trails,
around the globe to visit a bullied South American crab, an Egyptian monk who couldn’t seem to get rid of a basket of grapes, and a Japanese lord who would do whatever it took to save his people.
We were all challenged and encouraged to see
how much better the world would be if generosity, kindness, and self-sacrifice were the first reaction to every situation
.
Ask about your child's favorite part of the story!
A native to Pittsburgh, Tim Hartman has been professionally acting, singing, writing, cartooning, and storytelling since 1982.
