We Welcome You Banner

RIC Celebration

As part of last week's RIC celebration, we invited you to sign your name to our welcome statement in banner form to give it a more personal touch. (See above) The banner will hang in our fellowship hall to be a clear message of invitation and welcome to the hundreds of community members who use that space each week. If you didn't get a chance to sign it last week, the banner will be in the commons for one more week!

Get Ready to SHINE!

November 22nd @ 10am

In anticipation of Advent (the advent of Advent?) it is time to shine the silver, polish the brass and generally put a sparkle on all the accessories that we use to celebrate during the season. Mark your calendar for Saturday, November 22, at 10 AM. St. Mark's has the supplies, we just need your hands and smiling faces to make short work of the shine and polish. Questions? Contact Amy Zellers

Adult Faith Formation

The Will to Dream - Advent Faith Formation

Starting November 30

In a time when trust feels fragile and divisions run deep, The Will to Dream calls us into holy longing—a sacred desire for a world made whole. Rooted in prophetic imagination, this Advent–Epiphany series helps communities confront despair, embody justice, and claim hope as a radical act. Together, we learn to dream not as escape, but as spiritual resistance—shaped by the visions of Isaiah, the song of Mary, and the stories surrounding Jesus’ birth.

This class will meet in the Library 11/30, 12/14, 12/21, and 1/4

Noisy Bucket - Supporting those effected by Hurricane Melissa

When a month has a 5th Sunday, St. Mark's collects an additional offering for a non-profit organization in our area. On November 30 the Noisy Bucket collection will go directly to Lutheran Disaster Response as they support the victims of Hurricane Melissa in Jamaica.
