"Inspiring students to love God, their Catholic faith and learning"

Father in Heaven, Creator of all and source of all goodness and love, please look kindly upon us and receive our heartfelt gratitude in this time of giving thanks.

Thank you for all the graces and blessings you have bestowed upon us, spiritual and temporal: our faith and religious heritage, our food and shelter, our health, the love we have for one another, our family and friends.

Dear Father, in Your infinite generosity, please grant us continued graces and blessings throughout the coming year.

This we ask in the Name of Jesus, Your Son and our Brother. Amen.

We have an opening for an advertiser in the school newsletter starting December 1st and lasting through the month of March. Please contact Carrie (chayes@stpeterjc.org) if you are interested. This is a great and inexpensive way to advertise and support your school.

Hi, I am Karina Genenbacher. I graduated with a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education from Illinois College and have worked in the field of education for the past decade. I was born and raised in Illinois, but moved to Jefferson City 7 years ago. My family includes my husband Tanner, and sons Grant (1st grade) and Dean (pre-k). We love travelling together, swimming and boating at the Lake of the Ozarks, and enjoying time with friends and family.

I am grateful for the opportunity to serve in a faith-centered environment and support the mission of our school. I am dedicated to continuing a warm, organized, and helpful front office experience for students, parents, and staff. I look forward to building strong relationships with our families and contributing to our school community.

Giving Tree

Happy Holidays! My name is Jaime Fann and my daughter Taylor and I will be leading the Giving Tree this year. We are very excited to help our church support families in need in our community by providing some Christmas Cheer. We will be hosting our annual Advent Giving Tree online.

Starting this weekend, we will have two trees with ornaments providing options with a QR code to the signup page for family gifts or ornaments that have the option to donate money for food or gifts that can be turned into the Church office or the collection baskets each Sunday. One tree will be in the main church entrance and the second tree will be in the ramp entrance.

We are again using SignUp.com for our Giving Tree ornaments and volunteers. You can access it here:  Giving Tree Link or by scanning the QR Code below.

Sign up online to choose your "ornament." If you do not have access to the internet or need help, you can call the Parish Office and our staff will help you sign up and tell you what is needed.

For added safety and convenience, you can even shop online for your "ornament" and have the gifts shipped directly to the Parish Office. No need to get out to go to the store or even drop off the gifts. You will need to note on the shipment what the gift is for, or email parish@saintpeterjc.org with information about your shipment and who the gift is for, so that we can properly mark the gifts as they come in.

Volunteers will be needed to help wrap gifts that are shipped in and bought if not provided, collect presents after masses, contact families for pick up times, and help load gifts the night of family pick up. Please note your desire to help with this ministry on your Parish Stewardship Commitment Form!

All gifts are due at the Parish Office by Tuesday, December 9, 2025. Please feel free to drop off gifts under the trees after mass. Thank you for helping us bring joy to families during this incredible holiday season!
