Freezing Temperatures are Here!
The American Red Cross has some suggestions to prevent your pipes from freezing
Freezing temperatures have arrived in Falcon. There are some steps you can take to prevent the pipes in your home from freezing. Check out the American Red Cross website on Preventing Frozen Pipes Preventing and Thawing Frozen Pipes at

Every Winter, the District receives calls from residents whose neighbors' homes show signs of a water leak due to frozen pipes.  If a leak is confirmed by District staff and there is no one home, the water service to the property will be shut off at the curb stop.  This will result in a $25 charge to the property owner for the shut off and an additional $25 charge to restore water service.
Be Sure to Mail Payments to the District Office
The District began notifying customers in July 2015 that it had discontinued using the FirstBank Data Corp lockbox to receive paymcheckbook-pen.jpgents and that payments need to be mailed to the District Office. As a courtesy, we have waived late charges for payments that have been incorrectly mailed to FirstBank and received late by the District. Beginning December 1, 2015, we will no longer waive late fees for payments that are misdirected to FirstBank and received by the District Office after its due date.

Proposed 2016 Budget
The proposed 2016 Budget is available on the District website ( click here). The proposed budget will be considered at a public hearing during a Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held at 9830 Liberty Grove Drive, Falcon, Colorado on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at 7:00 PM. Any interested elector of the Paint Brush Hills Metropolitan District may inspect the proposed budget and file or register any objections thereto at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget.
