Kesher Marin Newsletter--November 2016

November coordinates perfectly with the Jewish month of Cheshvan, the only month without any holidays other than Shabbat. Based on the events in and around Marin this year, November/Cheshvan is definitely Arts & Culture month. Check out all the opportunities for family-friendly music, plays, art, and more.

And I can't believe I am saying this but now is the time to start making plans for summer 2017. URJ Camp Newman, our local Reform summer camp in Santa Rosa, and Camp Ramah, our Northern California Conservative camp on Monterey Bay have already begun registration.  Camp Tawonga, our local JCC camp outside of Yosemite begins registration now for specialty programs and in December for other camps.  One Happy Camper Scholarships are also available for first time campers and priority is offered in November.

If there are opportunities you're looking for and not finding, please feel free to contact me.  I can connect you with existing options in the Jewish community and explore creating new ones.  As always, check out our Kesher Facebook group for the most up-to-date postings.

Be Well!
