Dear CIM students and supporters,

Our fall term is well under way, and although the autumn colors are brilliant and the air is still warm, we know what season is around the corner.  With winter comes lots of traditional Irish music concerts, including a few by our own students - see the listings below.

Thursday, November 17th is Give to the Max Day and CIM is launching a campaign to raise $10,000 for our An nual Fund.   We will announce our complete list of Challenge Fund donors soon.  On the day itself, we will release the Challenge Fund matching grants as the day goes by.  Please h elp us spread the word!

The CIM team is growing!  Welcome to Brianna Hager who has joined our team and is helping to coordinate events and volunteers. And, welcome to Iain Dove-Lempke, who has joined our team of whistle instructors.  We are thrilled to have you both as a part of our team of staff and instructors.

There are so many events happening this month! We hope to see you as the IMDA honors our very own John McCormick on the 19th and you will want to check out  Bua's concert on Sunday, November 20th.  See our    list below of other upcoming events.

During this season of Thanksgiving we are thankful for all of you - our supportive CIM community.  Thank you for all that you contribute towards our music school and towards making this community such a joy to be a part of.

WreathsWreath Fundraiser for CIM Students

The CIM is raising funds to get as many of our students as possible to St.
Louis this coming May for the Midwest Fleadh, our regional Irish music competition. One of the largest expenses for this trip is the bus ride there. If you buy one of the beautiful wreaths or other decorations from Lynch Creek Farm, they will donate 20% of your purchase to our Bus Fund. It gets shipped directly to you in the time frame you choose. And the greenery smells sooooo good! Thank you in advance for your contribution.
