November 2017
Letter from the President

At General Conference this year, we were privileged to sit down at a meal with many of you, our faithful investors, and with our pastors for whom we have provided loans. What a wonderful time of fellowship, food and testimonies. It was a time to laugh, to cry, to rejoice and to remember how far we have come as a Fund, and how far some of our church projects have come with reaching the lost around them. I know you will enjoy the pictures of the event in this newsletter.

Our annual audit was finished in August for the July 1, 2016 - June 30, 2017 fiscal year. We are happy to report we did not receive a letter of any deficiencies. This is the third consecutive year we have achieved this goal. As always, we have made the full audit report available online on our website: www.upciloanfund.org/about/audit.

Also at General Conference this year, we were able to report to the UPCI General Board that as of September 2017, we have closed or approved a total of 98 loans for a total of $36 million under contract, and $39 million in assets. We were also able to report that we still do not have one loan one day late.

Again, thank you for showing your confidence by investing in the United Pentecostal Church Loan Fund, and for making a difference in churches all across our continent to better serve their communities. You are truly investing in the future of our organization, and in the future great harvest of souls to come.

Stephen M. Drury, President
