We are halfway through the 17-week Fall term and picking up the tempo as we head into our Fall Fund Drive, December performances and early-stage preparations for
Éigse CIM, A Gaela Event
happening on Saturday, February 23rd. Mark your calendars for the following dates:
- November 13 - Give to the Max Day Session in support of CIM, 11:30am-1:00pm
- December 1 - CIM Youth Ensemble Concert, 3:00pm-5:00pm
- December 7 - Fall Adult Student Open Mic, 7:00pm
- December 9 - Fall Youth Recitals - 1:00pm, 2:30pm, 4:00pm
We are also planning the
11th Annual Minnesota Irish Music Weekend
on the weekend of June 14-16, 2019. Stay tuned for the announcement of our master visiting artists coming soon. Jo Ann Vano will be chairing the event, and together we are assembling a powerhouse team to make this the best MIM yet.
Join Mary Vanorny for the Young Learner's Session on Saturday, November 10th from 10:00am-11:30am at the Center for Irish Music.

Celebrate the incredible talents of the Center for Irish Music's Advanced Youth Ensemble! All proceeds go to the Travel Fund, to make the community trip to the Midwest Fleadh accessible to all CIM students. Starling & Swallowtail ensembles will also be performing!
