It's time for a golf "Tune Up"
Welcome back to those of you who are returning for the winter season.
I hope you enjoyed your summer golfing and spending time with family out on the golf course.I am looking forward to hearing about your summer golfing adventures. This is also the time for every golfer to schedule a 'tune-up' from me and review what has been working and what has not been working in your golf games since I saw you last. If you are looking to shave a few more strokes off of your handicap, or wanting to be more consistent with your drives off the tee - I am here to help! Please call me @ 941-350-1653 to schedule a 'tune-up'.

Your footwork is KEY to a consistent downswing
This water bottle should stay in place when I make my downswing. What your back foot does in the downswing is one of the keys to making solid and consistent contact. Want to see how I do? CLICK HERE TO SEE MORE PICS

USGA Rules Changes Take Effect January 1, 2019
I recently attended the USGA Rules Seminar at Lakewood Ranch Country Club. There are some major rules changes. One of them - you can leave the flagstick in the hole while you are putting and if you hit it - no penalty! Another one involves the dropping procedure. Instead of dropping a ball from shoulder height - starting in January it will be now from knee high. Please start to familiarize yourselves with the new rules. You have 2 months to review! The USGA has a link for these changes. CLICK HERE to review the changes that will take effect in January.
ALSO - the USGA rules are now available as an app for our phone!

Rooney Update!

Rooney took her first Kayak trip and loved it! She was enthralled with the birds and other kayakers. I think she was thinking about jumping out, but overall she did very well for her first trip! I am very proud of her.
