Woodlawn Station opens at a pivotal time with the siting of the Obama Presidential Center in Jackson Park to the east and other institutions making investments in the community. "With all this new investment in the neighborhood, the need for preservation of affordability and workforce housing is great," said Konrad Schlater, POAH Vice President, Chicago Area (pictured on right with Development Associate Nikkitta McCoy)

Keurig Dr Pepper and KaBOOM! award $15,000 playground grant

Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) and the national non-profit KaBOOM! have awarded a  Let's Play  Community Construction Grant to build a new playground at Cromwell Court Apartments a 124-unit affordable housing development in downtown Hyannis, MA.
